Woke up and packed our things and headed back to the trail head. We messed around for a little while before heading out. We hiked up to franconia ridge and hung out for awhile. A ton of section, day hikers were out. The views have been so spectacular. We hiked down the ridge and up Garfield to the pond before heading up to the top to watch the sunset and stealth camp in the remaining foundation of a building.
Wow today was hard. We woke up to a beautiful sunrise and the wind ripping. We were in clouds. We slowly packed up and waited for JoCool and Grizz. They didn't show up past 9. We went on aand climbed the twin and met JoCool and Grizz at the hut. I ended up getting mushroom soup and a few blueberry muffin things while we were there. They really weren't all that friendly toward us also. We headed out down to a trail to some cliffs but the trail was too long so we decided to instead walk another 3 miles to the next water source. When we got there it was packed out with the silly section hikers. We then started hiking down the falls and stopped literally 1 foot from the trail. It was the only space.
